At Anugraha Divine Store, we strive to provide high-quality pooja and spiritual products across a wide range of devotional needs.
Due to the sacred nature of pooja items and the consumable nature of certain products, returns are not accepted after delivery. However, for brass products, returns are accepted only in case of damage during transit or if an incorrect item is delivered.
We accept claims only under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged Product: If the item is received damaged during transit
✅ Incorrect Product: If a wrong item is delivered
How to request a claim:
📩 Please get in touch with us within 24–48 hours of delivery
📸 Share clear photos + complete unboxing video
After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit, wherever applicable.
Important Notes:
📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claims
📌 Products must be unused and in original condition
📌 Minor variations in color, finish, or design (especially in brass & handcrafted items) are natural and not defects
📌 Return shipping, if required, must be arranged by the customer
