Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, packaging updates, or natural differences in pooja items.

Orders and Payments

All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase. Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed for shipping.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location and the courier service.

Returns and Replacements

Due to the sacred and consumable nature of pooja products, returns are generally not accepted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
