Welcome to Anugraha Divine Store. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products:

🛍️ We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate
✨ However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, packaging updates, or natural differences in pooja items and handcrafted products

Orders & Payments:

💳 All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available

📦 Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed for shipping

Shipping:

🚚 Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
⏳ Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service

Returns & Replacements:

📌 Due to the sacred nature of pooja items and the consumable nature of certain products, returns are not accepted after delivery. However, for brass products, returns are accepted only in case of damage during transit or if an incorrect item is delivered.

⚠️ If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video

After verification, a replacement or store credit will be provided where applicable
